Ridged Friendship Hat
I'm giving these hats away to the schools in our area to distribute to the children.
I hook and scraps of ww yarn like Red Heart
Ch 5, sl st tog to make a ring.
Round 1: Ch 3, 14 dc in ring. Sl st tog into the top of ch 3. (Count the ch 3 now and throughout as 1st dc)
Both Loops of yarn Round 2: Ch 3, dc in same st, 2 dc in each st around.
Both Loops of yarn Round 3: Ch 3, dc in same st, *dc in next st, 2 dc in next st. Repeat from * around. Sl st tog.
Both Loops of yarn Round 4: Ch 3, dc in same st, *dc in next 2 sts, 2 dc in next st. Repeat from * around. Sl st tog.
Back Loops only from now on Round 5: Ch 3, dc in each st around. Sl st tog.
Round 6- 14 Repeat Round 5.
Round 15: Sc around. Fasten off and weave in ends.
